· Motion was made to pay the itemized bills as discussed. Approved.

· Need additional deliverers for newsletter.

· Discussion on graffiti problem.
· Discussion of graffiti hot line.
· Tire problem has been taken care of.
· Noise Ordinance: Dog barking more than 15 minutes is violating the Noise Ordinance.
· A motion was made that ENA would cover the $500 reward if the financial commitments don’t come in. Approved. Information must lead to arrest and conviction.

· Trees in the parkway have been picked up.
New Business
· Samantha gave an update report of the projected low income senior housing in the North Wynnewood area. Task Force is working on an email format and/or letter of opposition to be presented to neighborhood associations and individuals for support.
· OOCCL supplemental grant workshop will be held in late May.
· Need to find ENA “tree gators”.
· Round up time for the ENA meeting signs.
· Discussion of a possible farmer market in Elmwood to be operated by the Maria Gonzales family. Leland is assisting the family in securing necessary paperwork and location. There is a possible $200 fee for City of Dallas. Connie will speak to Councilwoman Delia Jasso. TABLED until next month for further discussion.
· Election for 2010 ENA officers was held. Below are the results of the voting.
