VP of Code Enforcement: Connie Briggs, Works with the City of Dallas on issues of code compliance and other city services.
VP of Communications: Jonathan Orchard, Publishes and distributes a quarterly newsletter.
VP of Conservation: Vacant, Documents and preserves Elmwood's unique features and architecture.
VP of Membership (community interaction): Cindy Chavez, Promotes membership and oversees public events put on by the Association.
Treasurer: Helen Lunday
Secretary: Peggy Larney
Crime Watch: Chair - Jean Tumlinson, Focuses on crime prevention and awareness, Maintains a Elmwood Neighborhood Crime Alert telephone line.
Beautification: Chair - Janet Smith, Responsible for projects that enhance the natural environment of Elmwood. Planting trees in Elmwood Park and an annual creek clean-up have been some of the committee's projects.
